RETURNS

If you find a product to be damaged or faulty on arrival we will be happy to offer you a refund or replacement. Please contact us via email to resolve any problems you may have.

Please contact us prior to returning items.
It is advised that any item you wish to return is sent via recorded mail as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post. We aim to have all refunds or replacements processed within 5 business days of receiving the item back.
